Our Mission

Our mission is to provide guardianship through love, compassion and welfare to the orphaned and disadvantaged children in Uganda.

Background:

The vision of founding Tower of Hope International Ministries was born out of the historical experience of the organization's president  in Uganda.

The bad political governance in Uganda marked by dictatorship left many people, especially educated parents dead. The unending civil wars since 1979, worsened by AIDS epidemic, left children in Uganda without parents, hence the need for some organizations to provide guardianship.

The organization's president worked as a volunteer worker in Ugandan children's homes for more than 5 years after his secondary education in Uganda. This experience built in him a love and compassion for disadvantaged children. This experience gave birth to the vision of Tower of Hope International Ministries.
